YouTube requires people who post to make a disclaimer that
they own the copyright in the materials being shown and
have no objection to links being made to it, but don't
rely on that in cases of materials that appear to be
infringing, e.g., film, TV, music, advertising clips. In
such cases, do not link at all.
Where the Youtube clip appears genuinely home-made, it
should be OK simply to provide the deep link.
