Hi Garth,
it seems all fine. I think this is only a typo in the fslview command (you put a space after the "0.2, 0.6" when it should be "0.2,0.6").
To avoid this kind of problem, you simply open fslview and then load the images and respective lut for them and adjust manually the min and max brightness...
