Hi,
If you have a 32-bit platform ( or a 64-bit platform with
insufficient RAM ) then there will be a RAM-limitation on how many
subjects you can process (see http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslfaq/#general_ram
). The only fix is to switch to a 64-bit machine with more memory...
