Are you sure that your data is ending up oriented correctly as far as left
and right are concerned? If so, then you do need to multiply the first row
by -1.
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] problem MRIcroN bvecs
Hi
We noticed that MRIcroN dcm2nii Gui results bvecs files with x axis
inversion
(-xyz instead of xyz).
My question is - when running FSL dtifit tool, what should I do? Is there
any
correction for this issue or do I need manually to multiply the x axis by
-1?
Thanks
Moran
