Hi all,
I have just started reading a book which offers quite a different perspective on surveillance and the information state. "The Information State in England" by Edward Higgs. I am finding it provocative but quite different from view generally expressed on this listserv. I'm just curious since I am not in the UK how his work has been received.
I realize this is a bit of a side note but curiosity got the better of me.
Take care,
Kris
