Dear SPMers,
I have gotten confused on some math-related calculation when I
performed coregistration in the application of SPM and hope you could
help me to solve it.
Data from a single subject:
1) a 3D anatomical T1 set A from one scanner; 2) a 3D T2 set B from
another scanner; 3) a 3D postprocessing set C which is directly
calcuated from B (thus it have the identical spatial info as B)and is
too noisy to be used straight-forward for registration.
Aim:
to register C into A.
Problem:
I have used spm_reslice.m to register B to match A and get a new set
B_new. then is there a way to redo the transformation on C by using
the information in *.mat of B_new, rather than mapping C to A
directly?
I hope i have made myself clear enough. I will really appreciate if
you can give me some suggestions.
Best regards,
Chao
