CILIP SE and Sussex AGMs with talk by Peter Daniel, Education Officer from
the City of Westminster Archives.
Peter will talk about "Not Forgotten", a lottery funded project involving four
primary schools and three archives working in partnership. The project
explored conflict and remembrance using the tomb of the Unknown Warrior in
Westminster Abbey as a focus. Outcomes included an activity booklet, touring
exhibition and an animated film. The project has been commended by the MLA
as an excellent example of partnership working. So come and learn more about
this interesting project and pick up some tips for applying for lottery funding
and working successfully in a multiple partnership.
