EZProxy acts as a Shibboleth _SP_
Like Max says, once you've authenticated you get the benefit of the SSO, i.e. no further authentication. The same is of course true the other way round i,e, already Authn to any other resource and you get straight into EZProxy - i.e just like any other SP.
It's an odd question though, what are you actually wanting to do?
