One more question. I have used your script to succesfully analysize my data from 2 different groups, and can show my imaging results through fslview. Could you tell me how to present the numerical values of the FA across the whole brain based on standard altas(MNI152 space)? I mean is there any way to transform the imaging reults into .txt files and show FA difference between 2 groups in different regions? Thank you!
