Hi all,
in edition to my question in the previous email. After I ran
tbss_1_preproc *.nii.gz, the 0 intensity pixels in the original
dti_FA map output from DTIFIT would enlarge & manifest as
bloches of 0 intensity areas in the FA mask and FA map output
from the tbss step 1 procedure.
When I continue the rest of the tbss process on 28 subjects, the all_FA
map and mean_FA output with bloches of 0 intensities looks like a swiss
cheese. I can still see the FA skeleton but it's eaten up quite a bit by
the bloches.
Many Thanks for some enlightenment.
