UCL's Department of Information Studies has been successful in being
awarded by the AHRC a number of scholarships for students studying
archives and records management, librarianship and publishing over
the next five years, including both professional Masters and doctoral awards.
The closing date for applications for entry in 2009-2010 has passed
and the MA in Archives and Records Management programme is now full.
Applicants who have indicated to us that they wish to be considered
for an AHRC scholarship will be given further consideration, based on
the information we already have. We will contact applicants after
Easter with the nomination results. The AHRC does not allow an
applicant to be nominated by more than one university.
We are delighted that the AHRC will be supporting students studying
archives and records management at UCL over the coming five years.
