Hi SPMers,
I'm new to DCM and I am having trouble interpreting the graphs that
SPM outputs when I use the "display" function to look at the effects
of my conditions as well as the intrinsic connections.
As an example: I'm looking at a one way connection from region 1 to
region 2. I get a graph label "A - intrinsic connections" that shows a
bar at about -.1 for region 1, and 0 for region 2. I'm not sure what
the numbers on the y axis are/what they mean. I get another graph
labeled "A {probabilities}" which shows region 2 with a bar to about .
2. I'm assuming the second graph means something about a probability
of intrinsic connection from region 1 to region 2, but I am uncertain.
Thanks for the help,
Nicole
