I'd be interested to hear from anyone who's worked on a museum podcast
about their experiences with release forms and disclaimers.
What did you consider when preparing a release form? How have the people
you've recorded reacted to it? Have some of the terms of use put them
off signing it? And can you send me an example of one you've used?
And has anyone felt the need to write disclaimers for podcasts? Or do
you feel any issues which may arise are covered by the disclaimer or
terms of use already on your website?
