Dear FSL community (or Saad)
I believe I have asked a similar question to this before, but never received
a clear answer.
From my understanding of probtrackx, if I only want the tracts between a
seed and a single target to be shown I should specify the target as a
waypoint and termination point. However, 1) I have noticed that in many
cases it is sufficient to just specify the target as a waypoint and 2) when
the seed and target (specified as a waypoint) are relatively close to each
other many more pathways will be mapped, and understandably so. I thought
the latter situation would be easily solved by specifying the target as a
waypoint and termination point, but this seems to map out even more pathways
or at the least not resolve the problem.
Anybody have any suggestions as to how to correct this?
