Dear Cibu,
You can feed tbss with FA maps calculated using any software you want.
I am, however, puzzled as to why this error is happening to you. I
would like to understand whether the problem is coming from your end
or ours!
Can you tell me which platform you are running dtifit on, and what is
the exact command line that you are using?
Cheers,
Saad.
