Hi all,
I'm researching the accessibility issue and state obligations. My main
purpose is to research what kind of obligations states have relating to
accessibility of persons with disabilities.
In many countries, accessibility norms are more and more usual.
However, can I find some literature or written opinions why accessibility
is a human rights issue and why states should promote accessibility
overall?
