Hi,
these are still shared libraries - just that they don't want to load
any other shared library. Have a look at
% file libccp4c.so libccp4c.a
% ldd libccp4c.so libccp4c.a
to compare static library (*.a) and shared one (*.so). You'll see the
difference. So everything is fine and as expected.
