Hi,
I've previously recommended Ghostscript as it's open source software so no
license restrictions or adverts http://www.ghostscript.com/
But we've since switched to PrimoPDF at work and I prefer it now - if you
pdf a document and then pdf another giving it the same output filename,
you get the option to overwrite or append - by appending, it means you can
combine Word, Excel, Powerpoint slides and pictures into the same pdf -
basically anything you can print really.
