HI Sue
What about something on suncream/ exposure times and skin cancer. This impacts on everyone. There are leaflets ! but a short quiz( do you know your skin type , how long should you be out in the sun, what factor cream you should use etc,) Which magazine has also done surveys on how accurate the factor numbers are. Also role of sunbeds in aging skin and skin cancer
Just some ideas

Subject: [PSCI-COM] Hands-on health education
I am writing on behalf of a friend who will be running a health
information tent at a Cancer Research UK event in the summer.
Apparently the information tent at last year’s event contained little
more than some leaflets, as well as some free fruit and water that were
donated by a local supermarket. This year, the aim is to make it more
interesting, particularly to children, and engage the visitors with
some hands-on or interactive elements.
Does anyone have any good ideas that would be relatively easy (and
cheap) to implement? Anything health related, or particularly cancer
related, would be great.
Any thoughts would be gratefully received!
Cheers
Sue
