There is an option on outlook exhange when you make an appointment to mark it private.
This way when you open your diary the full details are displayed but when your secretary or
whoever you have given access to your diary look on their screens they see 'private
apppointment'. When you print the diary you are given the choice to have the full details or
just private appointment printed. I would however question the advisability of having
anything other than basic details on a programme like outlook in the first place. Kev
