Would you like to take in EM as well?
I've spoken to Chris and he is very happy for EM providers to take part
if RSCWM would like to spread the net wider. The M-Blackboard list is a
Midlands list, originally ours and widened out to take in WM providers,
so the EM people will have received your email.

Hello,

I am Allen Crawford Thomas from the Regional Support Centre - West
Midlands.
One of our activities is to work with learning providers to generate
case
studies for the Excellence Gateway. Recently we have completed a number
of
case studies regarding learning providers experience with setting up and
running VLE's, chiefly  MOODLE.

Our information officer, Kirsty Hill would particularly like the
opportunity to
work with a learning provider who is using Blackboard or another VLE
other
than MOODLE; predominantly to present an alternative view point, e.g.
Why
was Blackboard chosen? What made it attractive? The teacher's
perspective
in how it aids effective teaching and learning and of course technical
issues /
advantages.

In this instance the learning provider has to be a college of FE and
within the
RSC West Midlands Region.
