We at Cambridge University Library charge £3 per request to Members of
Cambridge University and £6 to others who only hold readers tickets. There
is no limit to the amount of requests they can submit throughout the year,
but we prefer them not to request more than 6 items at any one time
especially if they are for loan items rather than photocopies. We offer a
full refund on items we discover that are actually held within the
University (either uncatalogued or reader has failed to find in any of our
catalogues) or for failed requests. Hope this information is of some
