Hi
If you want to transform the eigenvectors onto standard space using
the warpfields calculated by tbss, you can use "vecreg", which is a
command line tool in FSL.
Note that:
1. The warpfields are in the "FA" directory, and are called
"blah_to_target_warp". In the latest version of tbss, they encode
transformations from native diffusion space onto the target (e.g. the
FMRIB58 FA template).
2. These warpfields do not contain the final projection onto the
skeleton (but I doubt that you will need that for the purpose of your
template).
3. For averaging vectors you will still need an extra precaution,
which is that in each voxel, all vectors should point in the same
direction before averaging. If you email me off list, I can send you
some code to do that.
Cheers,
Saad.
