I am not quite sure what you mean by ignoring some voxels in the
tractography. Do you mean excluding them from the brain mask? Stopping
there?
For the moment, I would recommend NOT using NaNs, because we did not
put a particular effort into supporting their consistent propagation.
Results may depend on the platform your are using, etc.
