Hi Marcus.

With regards to the feeds, I did in fact run it in the feeds directory with
the script as you wrote it.  It just doesn't do anything for me.

As for the datacheck, I think you are asking if I ran it on the input folder
or the output folder.  Am I correct?  If so, the answer would be both.  I
initially ran it on the output folder, realized my mistake and ran it on the
input folder and both ended up giving me similar messages with multiple
files not being found.  What I posted, however, was the output it gave me
when I ran it on the input folder.

In terms of file extensions, the only one that has .txt on it is the
command.txt file, all the rest are simply bvals or bvecs, etc.

Could it be that I am having difficulty because I am using Ubuntu.  Should I
be trying it with another Linux OS?
