Hi,
Just do the registration as normal and then, in a second step,
apply the transformation matrix from the first step to your
input image but also use the input image as the reference
image (as the reference controls the voxel-size and dims).
You can do this at the command line using -applyxfm in
the second call, or use the ApplyXFM GUI.
