Hi Eltijani
Our in-house CLEA 2009 compliant model gives the following default
commercial outputs and SSAC (we would discount vapour inhalation for BaP as
insufficiently volatile):
Surface Soil Ingestion mg/kg
>Sat (44)
Surface Soil Dermal Indoors mg/kg
>Sat (509)
Surface Soil Dermal Outdoors mg/kg
>Sat (344)
Surface Soil Indoor Dust mg/kg
>Sat (25)
Surface Soil Outdoor Dust mg/kg
>Sat (3,570)
SSAC 14.6 mg/kg
As you can see, BaP is now driven by indoor dust (complete madness due to
indoor dust loading factor) and then soil ingestion.
If the indoor dust pathway is discounted (or at least use a 0 mg/m3 indoor
dust loading factor as indoor dust is now a two part exposure pathway), then
the SSAC is a more respectable 36 mg/kg.
Hope this helps
