Dear Ben,
Yes, you have found a weak point in the data model. We shall have to fix
that. At a guess you have deleted a peakList last time you worked. This
peakList was linked to as the active PeakList, and our code does not
currently remove that link when the target is deleted.
First how to get out of the current problem:
In the file
/home/ben/analysis/bd090213/ccp/nmr/Nmr/VerR+VerR_ben_2008-12-10-16-26-23-339_00002.xml
there should be a line looking like:
<NMR.DataSource.activePeakList> _10134</NMR.DataSource.activePeakList>
Simply find that line, delete it, and save the file. Just for safety you
should make a copy of the file beforehand, and check that the object ID
_10134 does not appear anywhere else in the file (it should not).
We shall get on to fixing the cause in due time.
Sorry for the bug, and thanks for reporting it.
Yours,
Rasmus
