You may recall my earlier mail regarding failed communication with the company after I ordered a licence renewal. Be advised that we have received a letter notifying us that the company has gone into administration. I didn't get the licence for Batch-GE renewed (and if anyone can help us re-animate the software, I'd be grateful) but, having paid with Barclaycard, have received a full refund by informing BC of the situation.
So, if you use a VLE Genius app in Blackboard, brace yourself for it to go phut when the licence expires.....

Embarrassingly, it appears I was misinformed about the status of VLE-Genius as "in administration" by our Purchasing Office. They had received a letter for a company with a similar-sounding name. That said, all other information regarding communication, renewal and refund remains true.
