This is an opportunity to play a key role in the development and
implementation of records management within Birmingham City Council.
Working as part of a team of Records Managers, you will be involved in a
wide range of activities including information audits, delivering training
and providing guidance on information and records management including
retention and disposal procedures.
You will be able to effectively impart knowledge of records management and
relevant information legislation, have excellent communication skills, be
well organised and a team player.
We will accept applications from candidates studying or intending to study
for a distance learning records management qualification and who can
demonstrate a commitment to a career in records management. In this case
we will provide the necessary financial and development support.
