Never mind. I figured it out. Unlike our other macs, on this computer I had to login through ssh and then add "export DISPLAY=:0" (without quotes) to my .bash_profile. I figured I'd just note the fix in case anyone else had a similar problem. Thanks for reading :)

Subject: [FSL] X11 error - any ideas?
So I'm trying to set up FSL on another computer (Mac running OS 10.5.6) and I keep getting the error below. I'm sure it's something with X11 but I can't figure out what it is. Any ideas? Here's my bash_profile if that helps
FSLDIR=/Applications/fsl4.1.2/fsl
. ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh
PATH=${FSLDIR}/bin:${PATH}
export FSLDIR PATH
Thanks!
Kristen
