PaxCat Project Archivist

Grade 7, salary £27,183 - £29,704.
12 months fixed term contract.
The PaxCat Project will make the Commonweal peace archives at the University
of Bradford more widely available, thanks to the support of the National
Cataloguing Grants Scheme. These archives tell the story of non-violent
protest worldwide in the 20th century, and in particular the British peace
movement of the late 1950s and early 1960s. We are looking for an archivist
with a postgraduate qualification in archives administration, experience of
cataloguing and project work, understanding of ISAD(G) and other relevant
standards, and excellent communication skills to carry out the major and
complex task of cataloguing these archives.
