Key People's pharmaceutical industry consultancy client, based in Germany, is looking to strengthen its SAS Group. We are therefore looking to put a new team together containing qualified SAS ® consultants in contract and permanent roles. You will work on a variety of projects within the pharmaceutical, banking / insurance and IT industries and will therefore gain valuable experience and a great deal of job satisfaction. Spoken and written knowledge of German is a must for all potential applicants. Contractors will have a choice of working short, mid or longer term contracts for 3 months, 6months or 12 months.
Your responsibilities:
+ Implementation of challenging projects for the analysis of data + Planning and development of software applications and tools + Analysis, design and implementation of complex data warehouse projects + Elaboration of technical concepts + Software testing, quality assurance
Your profile:
Sound programming skills in SAS 8.2 or 9.1 in BASE, STAT, GRAPH.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Banking / Insurance or IT Statistical fields.
Good SAS Macros and SQL programming skills.
Sound statistical knowledge.
Good analytical and conceptual skills.
Statistical SAS Programmers should be qualified to at least a BSc level in a mathematics or statistics related subject; Statisticians should be qualified in the same to at least an MSc level.
Able to work with autonomy both within teams and on your own.
Must have spoken and written knowledge of German.
Excellent team and communication skills.
Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
Experience with relational databases .
Experience with data warehouse projects would be an advantage.
