A brief respite today, which was predicted to be 38, but only reached
30. Tomorrow I cower. I keep hoping the weather man is wrong. He's
been wrong on the previous 40ish days this summer, foiled by early
south westerly changes. We'll see. Otherwise it's the hottest week
since 1908.
