Can anyone give their opinion on how much and what we can say?
We have a member of staff who has made a complaint that when we saw her
we were not supportive. This complaint is being investigated by a matron
from another part of the hospital; we are part of an NHS trust. We are
confident that we did the right things and documented it, fortunately.
However, what can we say??? It's not really appropriate to say that we
offered this, that or the other service is it? Have any of you been in a
similar position? If so what did you do?
We would be very grateful for some input.
Donna Budden
