The input image looks ok - please make sure that the input orientation
was the same as the MNI152; if that is ok, then we can take a quick
look. Please run sienax with the -d option and then upload the entire
outputs from SIENAX to us, as well as the input image:
Please upload the files in a single compressed tarfile to
http://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/cgi-bin/upload.cgi
And then email me the upload ID.
