Hi,
Avi has un-official programs of 4dfp_to_nifti and nifti_to_4dfp (Sun
solaris binary only probably). I use them on daily basis without any
issue. He just hasn't got time to test it thoroughly for public release.
After 4dfp_to_nifi, you can convert the file to whatever format you want
using fslchfiletype.
After all, 4dfp is just hyped-up Analyze file. You can still process it
any way you want, provided certain flips are taken care of due to the
legacy conventions in 4dfp.
