Hi,
If you have no previous warps then --inwarp should be left out.
However, you may have some idea of initial intensity mappings for which
you can use the --intin.
If you are doing a simple registration of one image to the template
for the
first time then you won't need either of these. Look at the
documentation
and the FSL course practical for details on how to run fnirt.
