Does anyone know of any work that has been done, in the UK or abroad, on
putting together a competencies framework for archivists and/or records
managers? Or even just a list of competencies required for fully-fledged
professionals? It may well be that there's something obvious that I've missed,
but so far I haven't come across anything so I would be grateful for any
pointers.
