we sent out an on-line survey through survey monkey last month for our
race equality scheme and introduced some incentives Marks and Spencer
vouchers for staff and book tokens for students. thus increased thee
number of staff completing the survey significantly from the last time.
Our dignity at work policy is appended to our grievance policy.
