Hello,
In trying to run the FDT-bedpostx command on one of our subject's data
I ran into a "data dimensions do not match mask dimensions" error line
at the end of the bedpostx_datacheck display. I checked the shell script
itself (bedpostx_datacheck) and I saw that the resolutions of the two
images, brain mask and data, must be the same. So, my trouble is the
following: since following the FSL-website instructions I get the mask
from a structural scan (then use bet to strip skull), it is normal to
get a different resolution and, the scan being different, also a
different orientation, right?
If so, the question is how to coregister the structural mask with the
dti data image and how to rewrite it to the same resolution, so there
will be no more complaints afterwards.
Thank you,
Silviu
P.S. I tried attaching .jpg images of the SPM displays of the data file, the
brain with skull stripped and the mask out of it but the size was too
big for display on this mailing list...
