Hi - yes, averaging peri-stimulus plots across runs (or subjects) is
not done for you by FEAT, but should be fairly straightforward if you
are confident in post-analysis tools like matlab, SPSS or even Excel -
you can use the peristimulus outputs in the tsplot subdirectory for
each run to feed into this. If you just want to combine % signal
change stuff that's much easier - and can be done with Featquery.
