I talked about this with Jon and it's definitely a bug. I changed the
URI on the deprecated element and so it's no longer the same, but until
the bug is fixed we'll have to watch out for this particular problem.
I mentioned to Karen that the status codes are a registered vocabulary
(see: http://metadataregistry.org/vocabulary/show/id/31.html) but it
might be a good idea if we actually linked the status text itself to the
vocabulary. Then y'all would know where to go to see what the status
designations mean ... :-)
