Hello All,
I'm in need of some candidate proteins. The specifications are:
1. difficult to crystallize in that they only crystallize in a
very narrow range of conditions
2. well folded in that they diffract well once crystallized
3. stable in a variety of conditions
4. known structure
5. the smaller the better, ideally 40 to 100 aa
6. do not oligomerize higher than a dimer
Any recommendations will be exceedingly appreciated.
