Hello Eleni,
If you go to the ZOOARCH archives
http://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A0=ZOOARCH&X=29C5BE4A41735010BD
and enter meat weights in the search string you will get a range of previous emails on this topic, if what you want is not there then post again - regarding Neolithic population densities I have no idea! Sorry

Dear zooarcgaeologists,
is there any reliable method to calculate meat quantity in relation to recorded bones for cow, sheep, goat and pig? Do you know, also, bibliographical references for the estimation of population size in a neolithic community (i.e. population density studies?). My study area is neolithic Greece.
Thank you in advance
Eleni Samartzidou
