Are the files named this way exactly?
bvecs
bvals
nodif_brain_mask.nii.gz
data.nii.gz
Peace,
Matt.

Subject: [FSL] Input files for BedpostX
Hello
I tried running bedpostx but I keep getting an error "Child process
exited abnormally".
I ran the bedpostx_datacheck command and I got the following output and
a "no such file or directory error" for all the 4 input files for
running bedpostx (i.e. the eddy corrected data.nii.gz, the brain mask,
the bvals and bvec files)
data_type INT16
dim1 128
dim2 128
dim3 64
dim4 70
datatype 4
pixdim1 2.0000000000
pixdim2 2.0000000000
pixdim3 2.0000009537
pixdim4 1.0000000000
cal_max 0.0000
cal_min 0.0000
file_type NIFTI-1+
All the files are in the folder where I am running the command, but it
doesn't appear to pick the files. Is this a file naming issue? DTIFIT
ran without problems with these same input files. Is there some way to
specify files manually in bedpostx as one can do in DTIFIT?
Many thanks in advance for your suggestions
Cheers
