Can anyone provide a reliable source on which antihypertensive drugs should be dicontinued before collecting urine for catecholamines or metanephrines. Is there any single class of antihypertensive drugs (Calcium antagonists, ß-blockers, ACE inhibitors, ATII rec blockers, ...) that is not biologically influencing catecholamine production at all? I'm not referring to well known analytical interferences like those of levo-dopa.
