Hi,
I have a question with respect to DCM analysis of EEG ERP data. In the
neuronal model B matrix by checking the diagonal, you can allow for changing
of intrinsic connections in an area of interest. However, you do not
indicate these intrinsic connections in any of the A matrices. My question:
If in B you do not check the diagonal does the model computation assume that
the intrinsic connections are fixed, even though they are not checked in the
A matrices?
