If you would like to ensure your customers receive outstanding customer care
come & join us at this one day event.
During the day we'll learn about customer care at Waterstones, the Leeds
University 'Mystery Visiting' project, and Lincoln College’s Charter Mark
experience. You will also have the opportunity to share customer care
charters & look around the Waterstones superstore.
Aim: To learn about good customer care practice to develop & improve your
service

Venue: Waterstones Bookshop, Bridlesmith Gate, Nottingham
Time: 10am – 3.30pm (registration & coffee from 9.30a.m.)
Cost: £45 including delicious buffet lunch and refreshments
