Dear tbss users,
I’ve run tbss_2_reg in a group of 130 subjects using the –n option to find
the typical subject.
All the registrations ran fine except for some of the registrations of
“subject to itself” which very often failed. I’ve searched the lists and
haven’t found anyone reporting this before, however out of my 130 datasets,
55 the self-registrations failed, so doesn’t seem to be just the odd one.
Has anyone else observed this?
I’ve attached the error file that I get for one of the failed registrations.
Despite this tbss_3_postreg works although showing a warning for each .msf
missing, I assume that as the .msf files of self-registrations will have
close to zero values this might not affect a great deal the choice of the
typical subject, is that right? I guess otherwise I could also delete the
.msf files of the self-registrations that did work to make the choice fairer.
Thanks very much,
Susana
